SEEKING PARTICIPANTS, VOLUNTEERS, SPONSORS!   

TOCS / Encore Center for the Arts is seeking people to serve on the Board Of Directors and to volunteer for committees. We also are in need of fund raising talent, an accountant, legal counsel and folks with similar skills.

If you have expertise in development, or with securing grants/donations we especially need you!!

We also need volunteers for special events.
